It is really starting to feel like summer has ended, but before the cold weather strikes we want to take some time and re-visit some of our favorite summertime brides!
Tomi & Blake celebrated their special day with us in the West Ballroom & Garden at The Castle on July 15, 2011. They are such a fun and entertaining couple!

“When researching for the perfect place – I put value in personal reviews regarding “The Castle” and hope that my review may be of use to someone also. Tomi & Blake knew what they wanted – garden wedding and formal luncheon with good food; this venue fit perfect along with easy access from freeway and great parking. With the beauty of the facility and grounds, decorating is minimal. It was wonderful to have piped music throughout event area, video access, chairs all set in place for ceremony with microphone, all dining tables needed with linens and chairs in their place, etc. We received a slideshow from our photographer which is amazing; The Castle offers a picture perfect moment everywhere you turn from the gardens with beautiful waterfall to the ornate facility with its wonderful rooms, halls and staircase. Deanne Parry was awesome in guiding us through the rehearsal a week prior, and ensuring the wedding day ran smoothly as planned. The bride and groom were pampered with their own suites equipped with ice water, cheese and crackers while getting ready for the ceremony. The staff was awesome in taking care of our guests and I really enjoyed the table they set outside with iced water and lemonade with glasses for the guests while mingling prior to the luncheon. The meal was great; I would highly recommend the Chicken Cordon Bleu and their Apple Crisp with Carmel Sauce (you can always eat cake).
I checked other facilities prior to renting The Castle and found that the price was comparable. The Castle fit our needs and then some.
