  • The Castle Bouquet Series- Trendy & Chic Bouquet

Our final posting for The Castle’s “bouquet series” is here! We’ve decided to show you some unique ideas for bouquets that aren’t necessarily traditional, but definitely fun!  If you’re a bride with bad allergies or on a tight budget, then maybe a ribbon bouquet is for you! Ribbon bouquets have a unique style to them and we love the way you can match colors perfectly and accent your wedding décor with the same material. So fun!

For our second bouquet idea of the day we love this crazy-chic, unique bouquet full of only rhinestone brooches! Every girl needs a little bling! You can put your own spin on this bouquet but one idea we found is to ask each person in your bridal party to find and give you a special brooch, whether an heirloom item or something found at a thrift store, it will be unique to your wedding day bouquet and something special just for you!

Did we mention that with either bouquet you don’t have to worry about flowers wilting in the heat or making special arrangements to have your bouquet preserved—no matter which idea fits your style, 50 years later it will still look gorgeous!

Let The Castle Floral make your bouquet dreams come true—Call today to set up an appointment to tour The Castle and to set an appointment with The Castle Floral at 801.773.5262. The Castle Bouquet Series- Old, New, Borrowed, and Blue!

Have you been worried about how you will incorporate the old adage, “something old, something new, something borrowed, and something blue”? Well, for our third bouquet post of the week we have two unique ideas for you!

Our first bouquet incorporates a touch that we think is beautiful, sentimental, and simply genius. We LOVE it. The bride has used lace from her mother’s wedding dress as her “something old” to add that special touch.

The next bouquet shows a trend that has been catching on in the past few months… bouquets with brooches! Have your florist attach a relative’s old brooch (popular options are a mother’s, grandmothers, or great-grandmother’s) and add a touch of class and sparkle to your bouquet for your “something borrowed”.

Now that your something old and borrowed is taken care of, let The Castle Floral help with your something new and something blue! Call today at 801.773.5262.

    Fun & Colorful Centerpiece Trend

Are you tired of seeing the same centerpieces at every reception you go to? Try mixing it up at your wedding with a little hue trick!

Instead of having each table consist of the same size and color centerpiece, opt for a big centerpiece with two complimenting colors on one table and a smaller centerpiece with 3 corresponding colors on the next table. Colors don’t have to be scary, and the subtle differences on each table will bring vibrance to your special event no matter the budget!

Our on-site florist at The Castle is full of wonderful tricks to turn your wedding into a spectacular event. Don’t let a boring centerpiece be the center of your wedding!

Think outside the box by mixing different colors, sizes, and textures for your centerpieces.
